Your tasks

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented staff member to join a new ice cream shop in Kuta, Lombok. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be comfortable handling cashier duties and serving customers.

• Welcome customers, take orders, and serve ice cream.
• Handle cash, process payments, and operate the cashier system.
• Communicate with customers in English and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop.
• Monitor inventory and restock products when necessary.
• Ensure the shop is organized and daily operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Basic cashiering and cash-handling skills.
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work 8 hours per day, including evening shifts.
• Available to start in approximately two weeks.
