Project Manager for Road Infrastructure Projects

The position:

To support one of our major accounts on a single-aisle final assembly line, we are recruiting two experienced Technical Supports.

The mission context

You will join a cross-functional team dedicated to the recovery of remaining work resulting from the first work lines. The particularity of the position lies in this expanded scope: you are not attached to a single station; you intervene wherever the aircraft presents unsettled operations, on subjects ranging from structure to systems, under often constrained access conditions since the aircraft is already advanced on the line.

Your missions

You are the point of contact for Manufacturing Engineering with the production teams and, as such, you:

Analyze the remaining work at the end of the line and reconstruct the real progress status of the aircraft Provide technical assistance to the assembly teams: reading and understanding the manufacturing file, searching for plans, references, tooling, standards, and documentation Conduct technical investigations in support of the 3D digital mockup Handle and direct contingencies: non-conformities, Folio points, QLB, deviations, tooling opinions, DQN Create manufacturing orders and the associated recovery sequences, guaranteeing reliable sequencing and realistic operation times Monitor the availability of tooling and parts necessary for the completion of the work Manage the processing of logistical malfunctions: missing items, refusals, withdrawals, urgent requests Prepare and participate in aircraft walkthroughs and technical progress meetings Report recurring difficulties in the industrial file to the Methods department for correction Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving processes

Profile sought:

Training from Bac Pro to Bac +3 in mechanical engineering, production engineering, aeronautics, or equivalent. A CQPM Préparateur Méthodes or equivalent field experience is fully valued.

You have at least 3 years of experience in technical support, methods preparation, or industrial coordination in an aeronautical final assembly environment.

Your technical assets:

Excellent reading of plans and assembly files Mastery of SAP and industrial tools such as Aircraft Progress, Norm Master, 3D digital mockup Knowledge of aircraft industrial breakdown and the build process of a FAL Technical English EN 9100 standardized environment

On a human level, this position requires reactivity and a real capacity for adaptation. You change scope regularly, you arbitrate in emergencies, and you know how to communicate both with the technicians on the line and with support functions and quality.
