The position:

Within the Asset Management team, you will contribute to the control of the software park and the optimization of IT usage.

Drive Software Asset Management (SAM) activities and ensure the monitoring of software assets. Analyze contracts, licensing metrics, and compliance risks. Implement management indicators and produce associated reporting. Exploit and ensure the reliability of data from IT tools (CMDB, ITSM, ServiceNow?). Support IT, Procurement, and Architecture teams in software lifecycle management. Participate in cost optimization, application rationalization, and continuous improvement processes. Contribute to projects related to automation, data, and artificial intelligence.

Profile sought:

With higher education in information systems or IT management, you have a first experience in SAM / ITAM. Experience in an industrial or international context, or with engineering software, is an asset.

Essential skills Knowledge of SAM / ITAM practices and software licensing. Contract analysis and software compliance management. Understanding of application architectures and IT environments (CMDB, ITSM, SaaS, Cloud). Excellent mastery of Excel; Power BI is appreciated. Ability to analyze, structure, and ensure data reliability. Professional English. Appreciated skills ServiceNow, application packaging. Engineering software. Automation, AI, and data analytics.
