The position:

As part of a structured SAP program in an Agile at scale environment, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (M/F) to support a team of approximately 10 SAP functional and technical consultants integrated into a SAFe train.

As the true guarantor of Agile dynamics and the respect of delivery commitments, you will manage the progress of work, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure that alerts are escalated to stakeholders.

Your main missions:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Manage the operational monitoring of delivery
• Ensure compliance with commitments resulting from PI Planning
• Identify, anticipate, and escalate risks and alerts
• Define and monitor corrective actions necessary to achieve objectives
• Produce regular reporting to the project manager
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods
• Support a multicultural team in an international context

Profile sought:

Indispensable skills:

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master
• Mastery of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SAFe environments
• Solid skills in project management and delivery steering
• Very good command of professional English, both written and spoken
• Experience managing multicultural teams
• Mastery of Agile practices: backlog, user stories, commitment tracking

• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem
• Experience in complex transformation programs
