The position:

As part of a large-scale project in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst Senior to work within two development teams working on distinct business scopes.

Acting as a true interface between business units, clients, and development teams, you will be responsible for driving the definition of functional needs and ensuring their correct translation into the developed solutions.

Your missions:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Define, populate, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Write functional specifications, features, and user stories.
• Challenge expressed needs in order to provide the best functional response.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of the product roadmap.
• Support development teams throughout the project cycle.
• Prepare, execute, and monitor functional test campaigns.
• Write meeting minutes and monitoring documents.

Profile sought:

• Expertise in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis.
• Excellent mastery of backlog management.
• Solid experience in writing functional specifications.
• Ability to facilitate business workshops and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
• Mastery of Agile practices (Scrum, User Stories, backlog management).
• Experience in functional validation and testing.
• Good capacity for analysis, synthesis, and communication.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the aeronautics sector is highly appreciated.
