The position:

Development and management of aeronautical electronic controllers Mission context

As part of an innovative aeronautical project, we are looking for an Embedded Electronic Systems Manager M/F to lead the development, validation, and qualification activities of avionics electronic systems.

The mission specifically concerns the complete development of an embedded electronic controller, as well as the cross-functional management of avionics topics associated with the airship.

You will act as a technical and managerial referent, interfacing with internal teams, subcontractors, partners, and project stakeholders.

Your main missions

You will be required to work on the following activities:

Supervise, animate, and support the electronic systems team; Ensure activity planning, progress monitoring, and the organization of technical reviews; Lead the complete development of an embedded electronic controller; Contribute to the definition of technical specifications, interfaces, and system requirements; Ensure technical consistency between the different avionics subsystems; Be the reference interface for the program's avionics topics; Manage subcontractors and partners: selection, monitoring, coordination, and validation of deliverables; Guarantee the quality and compliance of technical deliverables; Write, validate, and approve technical documents associated with development; Participate in architecture, safety, and compliance analyses; Monitor validation, integration, and environmental testing activities; Support qualification phases up to the final validation of equipment; Ensure compliance with applicable aeronautical certification requirements. You will notably be required to produce, manage, or validate the following deliverables:

Technical specifications; System and electronic architecture documents; Interface documents; Safety analyses; Compliance documents; Validation plans and reports; Requirement tracking and traceability matrices; Deliverables related to DO-254, DO-178C, and ARP4754A standards; Technical review minutes; Project progress reporting.

Profile sought:

Profile sought

With an engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, embedded systems, aeronautics, automation, or a similar discipline, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the development of embedded electronic systems.

Ideally, you have evolved in demanding environments such as aeronautics, space, or defense.

You have proven experience in technical team management, project management, and the coordination of developments subject to certification requirements.

Expected technical skills: Solid mastery of the V-model; Experience in embedded electronic systems development; Knowledge of embedded electronic controllers; Mastery of aeronautical standards: ARP4754A, DO-254, DO-178C; Knowledge of avionics communication buses; System engineering skills: requirements, interfaces, validation; Experience in writing and validating technical documents; Knowledge of functional safety; Practice of FMEA, FHA, and DAL analyses; Experience in managing subcontractors or technical partners; Monitoring of validation, qualification, and environmental testing phases; Fluent English is mandatory.
