Lead Engineer OpenShift AI / MLOps (M/F)

Gémenos (13) / On-site presence 3 days/week minimum

The context

As part of the operation, evolution, and industrialization of an OpenShift AI platform, we are looking for a Lead Engineer OpenShift AI capable of driving the RUN, automation, and platform transformation activities.

You will work within an existing team and play a key role in supporting the operations teams and the Service Owner.

Your missions Administer and maintain OpenShift AI platforms Ensure RUN, incident handling, and version upgrades Administer OpenShift clusters (VMware, BareMetal) and GPU resources Deploy and operate MLOps environments (Model Serving, Pipelines) Industrialize the platform via GitOps, Helm, ArgoCD, and Tekton Automate recurring operations and improve processes Support, train, and upskill RUN teams Document procedures and ensure knowledge transfers
