As part of the development of new product ranges intended for the protection of people and electrical installations, we are looking for a Project Quality Engineer / APQP. You will join a team in charge of the industrialization of new products and will intervene in the entire quality process, from design to production transfer.

As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality of products and manufacturing processes by applying APQP requirements.

Product / Process Quality

• Lead the deployment of the APQP approach.
• Lead the drafting of control specifications (PQCSP/CQCSP) with the Design, Industrialization, and Quality teams.
• Participate in the definition and qualification of manufacturing lines.
• Guarantee the implementation of control plans derived from CTQ, PFMEA, and PQCP.
• Lead Product and Process FMEA.
• Identify quality risks and manage the associated action plans.
• Participate in industrial qualifications (MP, PR).

Supplier Quality

• Ensure the quality monitoring of components.
• Lead supplier audits in France and internationally.
• Qualify components and control means.
• Manage APQP files until obtaining PPAP.
• Prepare the transfer of the industrial file to the factories.

Project Management

• Follow OLM and APQP milestones.
• Create monthly progress dashboards.
• Report technical and quality risks to project management.

Profile sought

Graduate of an engineering school or Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Quality or Industrial Engineering. 3 to 8 years of experience in industrial project quality. Excellent mastery of the APQP approach and PPAP. Mastery of Product/Process FMEA, control plans, and supplier audits. Good knowledge of industrial processes (stamping, cold forming, high-speed manufacturing...). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, metrology (ISO 8015), and quality tools. Professional English.

The pluses
