The position:

As part of the development of an AI Companion dedicated to tender response activities and commercial proposal management, we are looking for an AI Consultant specialized in Generative Artificial Intelligence.

The consultant will act as the interface between business teams and technical teams in order to identify AI usage opportunities, structure company knowledge, and design high-value-added AI capabilities.

The main missions will consist of:

• Collecting and analyzing business needs related to the tender response processes.
• Facilitating scoping workshops with stakeholders to identify priority AI use cases.
• Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for generative AI solutions.
• Structuring, qualifying, and enhancing the company's knowledge bases to feed AI systems.
• Designing and optimizing AI workflows allowing for tender analysis, requirement extraction, document research, and assistance in drafting proposals.
• Participating in the design and improvement of architectures based on Large Language Models (LLM), AI agents, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to industrialize developed solutions and ensure their transition to production.
• Implementing quality control, traceability, explainability, and governance mechanisms for the results generated by AI.
• Defining and executing testing strategies to guarantee the robustness, reliability, and relevance of deployed solutions.
• Supporting users in the adoption of new AI tools and contributing to their continuous improvement.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a profile combining a solid AI culture and a strong ability to understand business challenges.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses recognized expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Is able to interact with business and technical interlocutors of different levels.
• Masters the issues of knowledge management and enhancement within a company.
• Has a good understanding of RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI workflows.
• Is comfortable in defining needs, formalizing requirements, and designing solutions.
• Demonstrates analytical spirit, rigor, and autonomy.
• Is results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
• Possesses good communication, workshop facilitation, and change management skills.
• Is able to work in an international environment.
