The position:

As part of a high-visibility strategic program in the industrial sector, STEP UP is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager / Project Manager (M/F) based in Toulouse.

You will work within a complex environment involving several industrial partners and will be the primary interface between technical teams, program managers, and various project stakeholders.

Your missions:

• Build and manage the project execution roadmap
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders
• Ensure progress monitoring and project reporting
• Facilitate exchanges with partners and external contributors
• Identify, monitor, and anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Guarantee the proper execution of assigned activities
• Support deployment and production phases
• Be proactive in proposing operating methods and continuous improvement
