The position:

As part of the transition from a DOORS requirements management environment to Polarion, we are looking for an experienced MBSE / Polarion Consultant to support engineering teams in adopting new tools and methods.

You will work with project teams in order to:

• Facilitate workshops on the fundamentals of systems engineering (requirements management, traceability, risk analysis)
• Support users in the onboarding and use of Polarion
• Design and deliver training
• Participate in the migration of projects and data from DOORS to Polarion
• Contribute to the deployment of MBSE approaches
• Ensure the interface between engineering teams, project managers, and management
• Collect user feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of methods and tools

Profile sought:

• Experienced Consultant or Systems Engineer
• Strong culture of systems engineering and requirements management
• Ease in facilitating workshops and training users
• Ability to support change management in complex environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication abilities
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and proactive approach
