We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and inspirational Principal to lead a British international school in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and accomplished school leader with a proven track record of driving academic excellence, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding educational outcomes within a British curriculum environment.

Essential Requirements

• UK-qualified educator with a strong understanding of the British curriculum.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior school leadership, ideally as a Principal, Headteacher, Vice Principal or Deputy Head.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship).
• Proven ability to lead whole-school improvement and raise academic standards.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A clear vision for delivering high-quality British education.

Salary Package

AED 30,000–35,000 per month, with flexibility above this range for a truly outstanding candidate who demonstrates exceptional leadership experience and a proven record of success.
