Your Tasks

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow at all times, taking service and quality standards into account
• Check-in of all guests, assignment of rooms according to reservations, as well as optimal sale of non-reserved rooms
• Check-out of all guests and creation of correct invoices
• Complaint management
• Ensuring a very good and effective exchange of information with Housekeeping and all other departments of the hotel

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a Hotel Specialist and have already worked at a hotel reception
• You like to call yourself a talent for organization and coordination
• Your strong host mentality accompanies you throughout the day
• Ideally, you are familiar with the hotel software Opera Cloud, or you are looking forward to learning it
• Teamwork, friendliness, and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
• You also bring proficient English communication skills
