Your tasks

• Solid experience in leadership and development of technical infrastructure teams;
• Advanced knowledge in Windows Server (2016 to 2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, and Entra ID;
• Knowledge of virtualization and hyperconvergence, including VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Nutanix;
• Knowledge of clusters, high availability, and server infrastructure (Dell, HPE, or Lenovo).
• Experience with patching, hardening, WSUS, MECM/SCCM, Intune, and automation with PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring and Windows workloads in Cloud environments, especially Azure.
• Knowledge of pricing, technical sizing, and construction of proposals, considering effort, seniority, and team composition.
• Knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to infrastructure operations, including automations, log analysis, event correlation, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education in Technology courses;
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring indicators and team management.
• Fluent English or fluent Spanish.
