SR III PROJECT MANAGER (BH)

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with solid experience in large-scale projects to lead strategic initiatives in the business and technology areas. The professional will be responsible for conducting global and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within the established deadline, scope, budget, and quality standards. We seek a profile with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, acting as a facilitator between technical teams, business areas, and executive stakeholders in an international environment. PMP (PMI) certification is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close large-scale IT projects.
• Develop and manage schedules, project plans, budget, resources, and performance indicators.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within the planned deadline, scope, quality, and budget.
• Work together with business and technology areas in the definition and implementation of IT solutions.
• Challenge stakeholders in the pursuit of better resource allocation and optimization of project results.
• Ensure that local solutions are aligned with the global corporate architecture and regional guidelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor project evolution and report status to management and executive stakeholders in a standardized manner.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication between local and global stakeholders.
• Review client requirements and specifications, assessing technical adherence and proposing alternatives when necessary.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, conducting actions for mitigation and resolution.
• Apply best practices in governance, portfolio management, and project management.

Requirements and qualifications

What we need you to have knowledge of:

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, conducting complex IT projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) certification is mandatory.
• Solid experience in managing global projects and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and hybrid models.
• Experience in project portfolio management and monitoring performance indicators.
• Experience with process mapping, review, and improvement.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to act independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in BH.
• English for conversation.

Differentials:

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management.
• Additional certifications in Project Management.
• Experience in companies in the industrial or manufacturing segment.
• Experience in global projects and multinational environments.
• Fluency in French.
