RPA PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an RPA Project Manager to lead and monitor the automation project portfolio, ensuring the execution of initiatives within deadlines, scope, quality, and client expectations. The professional will be responsible for the simultaneous management of multiple projects, acting as the main integration point between clients, business areas, process analysts, developers, architects, and other stakeholders. It is fundamental to possess fluent English, previous experience with RPA/Automation projects, and the ability to move between executive, functional, and technical discussions.
Responsibilities and duties Manage the RPA project portfolio, monitoring schedules, deliveries, risks, dependencies, and priorities; Simultaneously coordinate multiple projects; Perform project planning, definition of milestones, activity monitoring, and team capacity management; Work directly with national and international clients and stakeholders; Conduct kickoff meetings, status reports, steering committees, and executive meetings; Ensure that requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined; Monitor the stages of Discovery, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare; Identify risks, impediments, and deviations, creating and monitoring action plans; Manage scope changes and align impacts on deadlines, effort, and resources; Monitor project indicators, productivity, team utilization, and SLA compliance; Ensure communication between business areas, technical teams, infrastructure, security, and other involved parties; Support the prioritization of the automation backlog; Ensure correct project documentation, including PDD, SDD, project plans, test evidence, and deployment documentation; Support effort estimates, resource planning, and team formation; Monitor support demands and improvements after deployment; Promote best practices, governance, and standardization in the automation development cycle; Prepare managerial and executive reports on status, risks, capacity, and portfolio performance.
Requirements and qualifications What we need you to have knowledge of: Proven experience in managing RPA, automation, or digital transformation projects; Knowledge of the complete RPA project lifecycle, from Discovery to deployment and support; Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar; Fluent English, with the ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients; Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams; Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional project management models; Strong capacity for organization, prioritization, and conflict management; Excellent communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders; Ability to identify risks, make decisions, and lead action plans; Experience with project and backlog management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, ServiceNow, or similar; Knowledge of project indicators, KPIs, SLAs, capacity management, and financial monitoring.
Differentials: Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar; Certifications or practical experience in RPA platforms; Experience in RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) structures; Experience with projects involving AI, OCR/IDP, BPM, APIs, Power Platform, or GenAI; Experience in global project management, with teams distributed across different countries and time zones; Experience with project financial management, forecast, budget, margin, and resource allocation.
