If you are looking for an opportunity for professional growth in a company that values innovation, respect, autonomy, and partnership, you will find it here!Join us and be part of the change!Hybrid - Santa Cruz/RJBusiness HoursResponsibilities and assignmentsDesign, review, and document secure and scalable cloud architectures (diagrams, technical decisions, and best practices).Administer and optimize VNets, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways.Manage Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, Conditional Access Policies, hybrid synchronization with Active Directory, and Privileged Identity Management - PIM).Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep), create automation scripts (PowerShell or Python), and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Support the implementation of Generative AI solutions via Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry and explore the integration of local LLMs (such as Ollama, LM Studio, and llama.cpp).Monitor and manage Premier/Unified support tickets directly with Microsoft.Contribute to the development of support, REST APIs, integrations, and scripts in languages such as C#/.NET and Python.Requirements and qualificationsDesirable experience in infrastructure and cloud, with at least 3 years dedicated to Microsoft Azure environments.Solid knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, SD-WAN, firewalls, and load balancing).Proven experience in hybrid identity management with Microsoft Entra ID.Mastery of IaC tools (Terraform or Bicep/ARM) and automation via PowerShell or Python.Experience with technical documentation and diagramming (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).Intermediate to advanced English for technical support and reading documentation.Availability for on-site work 2 days per week in Santa Cruz/RJ for strategic alignments and meetings with client areas.DifferentialsMicrosoft Certifications AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-300, SC-400, or AI-102.Practical experience with Generative AI architectures, agents, and copilots.Knowledge in software development and microservices integrations.Additional information🍛 Food voucher or meal voucher;👨🏼‍🎓 Discount on courses, universities, and language institutions;📚 Academia Stefanini — platform with free, updated online courses with certificates;🗣 Mentoring;💉 Advantages club for consultations and exams;🏥 Medical assistance;🦷 Dental assistance;💰 Advantages and discount club at the best establishments;🛫 Travel club;🐶 Pet benefits.
