Responsibilities and assignments

• Management, development, and adaptation of processes, service methodologies, and project governance;
• Team management, including performance evaluation, continuous feedback, performance monitoring, and analyst development;
• Conducting 1:1 meetings to monitor professional evolution and employees' quality of life;
• Technical and procedural support to the team, guiding activities, deliveries, and conflict resolution;
• Information analysis, evidence gathering, and preparation of presentations for managerial decision-making, accountability, and knowledge dissemination;
• Deployment and alignment of institutional and operational strategy, participating in the construction of planning, governance, and processes to increase efficiency and agility in execution;
• Support to Project Leaders in conducting meetings with business areas, clients, suppliers, and the internal IT team;
• Monitoring pending items and deliveries with suppliers, business areas, the curation team, and other stakeholders;
• Monitoring the satisfaction of business areas and clients;
• Analysis and proposal of improvements in business processes, focusing on the simplification of IT solutions;
• Definition, monitoring, and analysis of indicators and KPIs for systems, squads, and institutional indicators;
• Executive and operational reporting of results, indicators, and activity progress to management;
• Monitoring the complete development cycle, from the conception of the idea to production deployment and the maintenance of products and services;
• Management of internal projects, studies, scenarios, and indicator analyses to support leadership in identifying business opportunities;
• Active participation in operational meetings, ceremonies, and cadences with clients and delivery teams.

Requirements and qualifications

• Advanced English;
• Advanced Spanish;
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related areas;
• Systemic view of business processes;
• People Management;
• Career Management;
• Process and quality management, following ITIL best practices;
• Knowledge of ITSM;
• Knowledge in Infrastructure service management;
• Experience with monitoring and APM systems (Zabbix, solarwinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc...);
• Knowledge of architecture;
• Provisioning of training.
