Responsibilities and assignments
About the opportunity We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Functional Consultant to work on projects and initiatives for the maintenance, implementation, and evolution of financial processes in an SAP environment. The professional will be responsible for analyzing business needs, proposing functional solutions, and ensuring the efficiency of financial processes, following SAP best practices. It is essential to have solid experience in SAP FI and fluent English, with the ability to conduct meetings, interact with international teams, and operate in a global corporate environment.
Main responsibilities Work on the analysis, parameterization, configuration, and functional support of SAP FI financial modules. Gather and analyze requirements with clients and stakeholders, proposing solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Act in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial closing processes. Perform functional configurations, integrated tests, homologations, and technical and functional documentation. Provide support to end users and technical teams, identifying causes of problems and proposing solutions. Participate in implementation projects, upgrades, continuous improvements, and the evolution of SAP systems. Ensure the integration of financial processes with other SAP modules, especially MM and CO. Conduct meetings, alignments, and technical discussions in English with international teams and stakeholders.

Requirements and qualifications
Mandatory requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FI Functional Consultant in a corporate environment. Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting processes, including GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and accounting and financial closing. Experience with parameterization, testing, support, and functional problem-solving in SAP FI. Knowledge of integrations between SAP FI and other modules, especially MM and CO. Fluent English, with the ability for oral and written communication in an international professional environment. Good communication, analytical capacity, autonomy, and ease of working in a team.
Differentials Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Participation in SAP implementation, conversion, upgrade, or rollout projects. Experience in international projects and multicultural environments. Experience with continuous improvement and optimization of financial processes.
