(#LI- HIBRIDO)(#LI-HA1)Responsibilities and assignmentsResponsibilities:Environment Management: Installation, configuration, kernel updates, application of support packages (SPs), and version upgrades.Database and OS: Mastery of databases such as SAP HANA and Oracle, as well as Linux (RedHat) and Windows Server operating systems.Cloud and Infrastructure: Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid models or RISE with SAP.Advanced Operations: Execution of system copies (system copy), transport management (STMS), performance tuning, and critical incident resolutionRequirements and qualificationsRequirements:Completed Higher Education.Management and Governance: Ability to lead support cells (AMS) and direct external vendors.Problem Solving: Structured vision for advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) under pressure.Communication: Good communication for alignment with global teams and translating technical impacts to the business.SAP Basis Professional with fluent English to serve the United States
