Responsibilities and assignments 🎯 Position Mission Act as a technical and people reference in the Architecture discipline, promoting professional development, technical excellence, and the continuous evolution of the team's competencies. You will be responsible for strengthening governance and architecture standards, supporting the strategy for the evolution of the discipline, and contributing to the proper allocation of professionals, ensuring alignment between competencies, technical profile, and project needs. The activities will be carried out in partnership with the Client Face, responsible for account management and relationship.

Requirements and qualifications Main responsibilities People management and development Lead the technical and career development of the discipline's professionals; Act as a mentor and technical reference for architects and professionals in development; Identify competency gaps and structure development and training plans; Encourage certifications, technical evolution, and knowledge sharing; Contribute to the retention and evolution of the discipline's talents. Governance and technical excellence Define, evolve, and disseminate architecture standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices; Ensure consistency and quality in the developed architectural solutions; Conduct technical discussions and support architecture decisions; Structure and maintain reference architectures, standards, and ADRs; Promote best practices for security, scalability, resilience, observability, and sustainability of solutions. COE Leadership Organize and lead the activities of the Architecture COE; Ensure that the team possesses updated competencies and adequate capacity to meet demands; Build and monitor the technical roadmap of the discipline; Identify trends and new technologies relevant to the business; Support the evolution and adoption of the SAI App 3.0. Allocation and capacity Support the analysis of capacity and availability of professionals; Contribute to defining the most suitable professional for each need; Support the technical sizing of teams, considering seniority, competencies, and demand complexity; Work together with the Client Face in identifying account needs. Pre-sales and proposals Act technically in the construction and pricing of proposals; Perform sizing of effort, seniority, and team composition; Support technical discussions with clients and stakeholders; Contribute to architectural solutions that balance technical requirements, business, costs, and implementation feasibility. 💻 Technical requirements Solid experience in Solutions Architecture and Software Architecture; Knowledge in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, APIs, and systems integration; Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP); Ability to design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-availability solutions; Experience with architecture governance, Reference Architectures, and ADRs; Knowledge in legacy systems modernization; Experience leading, developing, and mentoring technical professionals and teams; Ability to establish standards, direct technical decisions, and conduct governance; Good communication and ability to articulate with different levels of stakeholders and Client Faces. ⭐ Mandatory requirements Proven experience in pricing and construction of technical proposals, including sizing of effort, seniority, and team composition; Experience with AI applied to Architecture, including: Technical trade-off evaluation; Architecture of solutions that use AI/GenAI; RAG (Retrie-Augmented Generation); AI agents architecture; Integration with AI models; Security, scalability, and governance of AI solutions; Advanced English or Spanish, with the ability to act in professional environments and technical discussions. 🌟 Differentials Certifications in architecture and Cloud, such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure or GCP; Experience in Data Architecture; Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solutions architecture for clients; Experience in digital transformation and technological modernization environments; Knowledge of FinOps, DevSecOps, and observability practices. 🎯 Expected profile We seek a professional who combines technical depth, strategic vision, and people leadership, capable of acting as a reference for the discipline and, at the same time, translating business needs into viable architectural solutions.
