Provide Level 1 microcomputing technical support for local and remote employees.Perform diagnosis, maintenance, and configuration of hardware (desktops, notebooks, and peripherals) and operating systems.Execute rollout processes, formatting, and application of corporate standard images on computers.Support the configuration and basic support of networks (LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi).Prepare, test, and provide operational support to meeting rooms and videoconferencing equipment.Register and track the lifecycle of technical tickets until user validation.

Requirements and qualifications

Previous experience in IT support / microcomputing service.Practical experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and basic office software.Practice in preparing corporate machines (creation/application of images and migrations/rollouts).Fundamental knowledge of networks (structured cabling, Wi-Fi, IP addressing).Notions of operation and support for conference room equipment (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, projectors, and audio/video peripherals).Good interpersonal communication and focus on good internal customer service.
