Responsibilities and assignments

• Act in the development, evolution, and maintenance of systems using Java, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability;
• Participate in all stages of the development cycle, from requirements analysis to the delivery and support of solutions;
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in requirements analysis and definition of technical solutions;
• Apply development best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles;
• Develop and maintain automated tests, ensuring the quality of applications;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the technical evolution of the team;
• Act in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes;
• Investigate and solve problems related to performance, availability, and application functioning;
• Participate in ceremonies and activities using agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Requirements and qualifications

What we need you to have knowledge of:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Java development;
• Advanced knowledge in Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot and Spring MVC;
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architecture;
• Experience with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases;
• Knowledge in automated testing and development best practices;
• Experience with Git, continuous integration, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Technical English for reading and understanding documentation;
• Ability to act collaboratively and propose technical solutions.

Differentials:

• Experience with cloud computing, especially AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
• Java certifications or those related to the technology area;
• Experience in financial institution environments;
• Knowledge in DevOps tools and practices.
