Responsibilities and assignments

Software development / Production support - On site - São Paulo

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve application issues
  • Code debugging or log analysis
  • Manage incidents and effectively communicate
  • Improve application stability
  • Identify alerts / processes that can be automated and then work in automating them
  • Suggest different ways to solve problem or improve stability
  • Participate in Change management process
  • Build and improve run books
  • Translated complex technical production bugs into clear, functional concise executive summaries.

Requirements and qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree Software development / Production support experience

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND/OR LICESNSES REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:

  • Fluent English
  • Unix Troubleshooting, ETL, & Capacity Management
  • Experience using AI tools and GitHub Copilot to write, debug, and optimize log-parsing utilities, automate batch monitoring, and analyze system capacity metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of development/production issues
  • Structured or Object-Oriented Programming: Proficiency in at least one Structured or Object-Oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++, VB, Angular, ReactJS, etc.
  • Database Management & Query Optimization Experience (SQL)
  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda)
