Responsibilities and assignments

• Act as the focal point for support and mentoring for makers of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio;
• Support users in the creation, maintenance, and evolution of applications, flows, and agents, promoting operational excellence;
• Manage access, permissions, and Solutions in Power Platform environments, ensuring compliance and operational security;
• Perform technical reviews and support the publication of solutions across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring a consistent application lifecycle (ALM);
• Monitor the implementation and maintenance of governance, security, DLP, and compliance practices, working directly with global and local teams;
• Monitor platform usage and promote troubleshooting and technical support initiatives, documenting processes, procedures, and development standards;
• Serve as an interface between Local Admin, Global CoE, users, and other involved areas, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience with Power Platform in a corporate environment;
• Experience in support and service to business users (makers);
• Knowledge of application lifecycle (ALM);
• Good capacity for documentation and process organization;
• Intermediate/advanced English for interaction with global teams and technical documentation;
• Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented profile.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps);
• Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows);
• Knowledge and experience in Copilot Studio;
• Basic administration of Power Platform environments (DEV, UAT, and PROD);
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform connectors;
• Management of permissions, access, and Solutions;
• Knowledge of governance, security, and DLP;
• Troubleshooting capacity and technical support to users.
