Responsibilities and attributions

  • Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of medium and high complexity projects.
  • Build and maintain work plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Elaborate and monitor WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • Manage schedules using Microsoft Project or other management tools.
  • Perform permanent monitoring of commitments, responsible parties, dates, and percentage of progress.
  • Timely identify risks, deviations, blockers, and dependencies, performing the corresponding escalation.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and monitoring materials for committees and stakeholders.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations with the ability to synthesize technical information and transform it into clear messages for executive audiences.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, record agreements, and ensure the closure of commitments.
  • Work in an articulated manner with technical, functional, and business teams.
  • Support the monitoring of indicators and general project progress.
  • Keep documentation associated with initiatives organized and updated.
  • Participate in meetings or interactions with international teams when required.

Requirements and qualifications

Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields, with experience participating in technological or transformation projects of relevant scale.

We are looking for a person who, even being in a junior stage of their career, has had exposure to large projects, multiple stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrates the capacity to progressively assume greater management responsibilities.

  • Previous experience supporting the management or coordination of technological projects.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects or with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge and experience building or managing WBS.
  • Good command of PowerPoint, especially for the preparation of executive presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of traditional and/or agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and relate them to business objectives.
  • Desirable experience in sectors of high operational complexity such as aeronautics, transport, logistics, banking, telecommunications, or technology.
  • Intermediate–advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, understand documentation, and communicate with international teams.
