Responsibilities and attributions Job Description Summary Position: AI Content Developer (AI Content Developer / Personal Augmentation). Objective: Execute and scale the tactical production of multimedia resources (images, animations, videos, and product mock-ups) for Latam, with a priority focus on the Brazil market. Workflow: The professional receives briefs from the central K-C team in India, proposes visual approaches for abstract concepts, and adapts/creates the final pieces. Estimated Deliverables: High monthly volume (~20 videos and ~200 images) aimed at e-commerce, social media, retail media, and CRM/WhatsApp campaigns.

Requirements and qualifications Key Profile Requirements Experience: 4 to 5 years in visual and multimedia production (100% operational/tactical role). Tech Stack: Generative AI: Midjourney, Google Veo, RunwayML, Gemini or similar. Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (with own tools). Languages: Intermediate/advanced English (for prompt usage and coordination with India) + Portuguese and/or Spanish. Portfolio: Mandatory to present examples where traditional design/video editing is combined with AI tools.
