Technical Lead (Cloud)

We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Technical Lead to support our IT initiatives and work closely with stakeholders and internal technology teams. This role is suitable for an experienced IT professional who is ready to take on greater technical ownership and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, development, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of software applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand requirements, coordinate technical activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and support cloud-based application solutions, preferably using AWS, while ensuring applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, take ownership of application-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with relevant hands-on software application experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in software application development, implementation, testing, or support, with hands-on cloud experience required; AWS preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and other IT teams.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to guide and support team members.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
