Are you good at multitasking? Do you enjoy a varied workday that includes both administrative and creative tasks? Then you might be our new Shopping Center Coordinator at Emporia.

Our current Shopping Center Coordinator has moved on to a new role, and we are now looking for a colleague who can coordinate and support the team in various tasks. As a Shopping Center Coordinator, you are often the first point of contact for our tenants; therefore, it is important that you enjoy dialogue and providing support to our many shops and businesses. You report to the Center Manager and become part of a small, dynamic, and creative team. The role is varied and the pace is high, with new tasks continuously arising that need to be handled and implemented.

Your area of responsibility will include, among other things:

  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing local activities and events in collaboration with the Center Manager, Technical Manager, and Marketing Manager
  • Coordinating and managing digital platforms, the website, and the customer club in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and external agencies
  • Providing support and acting as the "right hand" for the entire center team
  • Coordinating and administering the center office
  • Acting as a contact person for shops and customers, both in the shopping center and via digital platforms
  • Preparing reports and assisting in the creation of various presentations
  • Having a coordinating and partially responsible role for communication between tenants, customers, and the center management
  • Organizing local training for employees and tenants, for example, HLR/defibrillator training, fire extinguisher training, etc.
  • Assisting with invoice handling and other finance-related tasks

Requirements

We would prefer that you are a recent graduate or have 2–4 years of work experience. You have a strong sense of service and appreciate an eventful and varied workday. You are a clear team player who understands the value of collaboration across different functions to achieve common goals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Relevant education and/or experience in administration, marketing, and/or finance
  • Outgoing and skilled at identifying new ideas and trends, with an interest in digital media
  • Driven and comfortable with an operational and practical way of working
  • Dares to challenge when it creates value and contributes with own ideas
  • Strong ability to build relationships, both internally and together with our shops
  • Enjoys working independently as well as together with colleagues at other locations
  • Flexible regarding tasks and workload
  • Good knowledge of English

As a colleague, we expect you to

  • Have a positive attitude, contribute actively to the team, and be a good colleague
  • Be able to collaborate across different functions within the organization
  • Be structured and organized
