STC Warehousing and Distribution is a company with more than 30-years history of successful business in transportation and warehousing. The company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience within the transportation environment.

_Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience_.

Day-time position

*Job duties:*

• Accurately enter and update data related to customers? orders
• Track and trace orders and relay any necessary information to the customers
• Assist with processing and organizing incoming and outgoing paperwork
• Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Provide general office support as needed

*Requirements/Qualifications:*

• 1+ years prior progressive logistics experience is required.
• LTL background an asset
• Familiarity with LoadLink, PC Miler an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to thrive and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system
• Proven experience handling multiple priorities
• Customer-oriented
• Strong communication skills and phone/email etiquette
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime if the demand arises

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
