Presser/Laundry Technician

Responsibilities:

Operating Equipment: Run industrial washers, dryers, extractors, steam presses, hydraulic presses, and hand irons. Pressing and Shaping: Remove wrinkles and shape clothing, uniforms, and household linens according to fabric type and company standards. Sorting and Inspecting: Sort items by color, fabric, and care requirements; check for stains, tears, or damage before and after the cleaning process. Stain Removal: Pre-treat spots using appropriate chemical solvents, brushes, or steam. Quality Control and Packaging: Fold, hang, and bag finished items, ensuring they meet professional presentation standards before customer pickup or delivery. Equipment Maintenance: Clean machine filters, lubricate moving parts, and maintain a safe, clean workspace

Requirements:

Prior laundry/dry-cleaning experience. Knowledge of fabric care and chemicals. Equipment skills, punctuality, teamwork, and safety commitment.
