Reservations Analyst

🔍 Job Description: We are looking for a reservations analyst, responsible for managing in a timely and efficient manner the reservations of both individual clients as well as groups and events generated in the properties, guaranteeing their execution, seeking the optimization of property revenue, sales at the best possible rates, the timely recovery of the generated portfolio, and their secure payment. 💼 Responsibilities: Process reservation requests (individual) received via email, telephone, or distribution systems.

Validate availability, rates, and conditions for each reservation.

Enter and update reservations in the PMS guaranteeing accuracy in dates, rates, rate codes, and payment methods.

Manage reservation payments according to guarantee and cancellation policies.

Apply STAY SAS policies regarding rates, upgrades, discounts, and room blocks.

Ensure correct segmentation of reservations for reporting (segment, source, company).

Generate reservation, cancellation, and no-show reports for supervision and revenue.

Manage requests for modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to current policies.

🎯 Requirements:

Technician, technologist, or professional in hospitality, tourism, administration, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in reception, hotel reservations, travel agencies, or related areas.

Knowledge of corporate rates, contracts, and segmentation.

Handling of PMS (Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds, or similar)

Good level of English (intermediate–advanced).
