Export Clerk (m/f/d) Part-time or Full-time

Description

• You are the contact person for all questions in the area of export
• Order processing, invoicing, delivery note creation, deadline monitoring
• Creation of all export documents in accordance with legal, customs, and tax law requirements
• You are in constant contact with both colleagues in sales as well as customers domestic/abroad and with our suppliers (freight forwarders)
• You take into account and implement current export and customs regulations (incl. foreign trade and preferential law)
• You are responsible for the documentation obligations within the scope of your task
• You are knowledgeable in: creation of documents in foreign trade, in customs procedures, preference, origin of goods, Intrastat, Incoterms, USt-ID-Nummer, Atlas software, Internet-Ausfuhranmeldung, creation of export accompanying documents, certificates of origin, EUR.1, ATR, CoC, etc.
• Obtaining and comparing freight cost offers, commissioning freight forwarders.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the export sector
• Confident handling of EZT-Online, Zolloffice and consular and sample regulations (K&M)
• Confident handling of the required systems (Atlas etc.)
• Confident handling of Office programs
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Good communication skills, teamwork skills
• High flexibility and assertiveness

The place of work is 86609 Donauwörth; after successful induction, partial "mobile office" is possible.
