Our AI Development department serves as a catalyst for Data & AI Transformation. We rely on a holistic approach that ranges from the initial evaluation of AI maturity to the conception and elaboration of the data and AI solution, through to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning, we ensure that our customers derive maximum benefit from their data.
Your tasks Focus: Operation, maintenance, and continuous further development of productive AI and ML systems in cloud environments. As part of our AI Operations team, you will maintain and support productive AI solutions and applications for our customers in cloud environments with a special focus on Azure. You ensure the stable and reliable operation of AI and ML systems in production and are responsible for availability, performance, and service quality. You take over updates, patches, and minor extensions of existing solutions and implement necessary adjustments in Python. You monitor productive systems, improve monitoring, observability, and alerting, and identify potential problems early on. You analyze, resolve, and document production incidents, bugs, and typical application problems in close cooperation with project teams and stakeholders. You support the remediation of vulnerabilities, security findings, and CVEs and contribute to keeping productive systems secure and compliant. You work with APIs, cloud services, and container-based deployments to analyze problems and ensure stable integrations between system components. You participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes, deployment workflows, and maintenance standards in the field of AI Operations. You work closely with consultants, developers, and engineers and actively participate in internal knowledge exchange and best practices. You support reliable support during regular business hours and contribute to operational excellence through a structured and service-oriented way of working.
Your profile You have sound practical experience in the operation and maintenance of productive cloud systems, ideally with a focus on AI or Machine Learning applications. You bring at least two years of experience in cloud and IT environments, including practical experience in operating productive systems. You possess deep knowledge of Azure and work confidently with services such as Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI. You have experience with containerized and serverless architectures and work confidently with technologies such as Docker. You have experience with Python, especially in the area of troubleshooting, automation, or implementing fixes in existing services. You have a good understanding of monitoring and observability and know how to improve alerting and transparency of productive systems. You are familiar with vulnerability management, dependency maintenance, as well as the remediation of CVEs and other security topics. You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, ideally with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. You work reliably, carefully, and detail-oriented and take responsibility for operational quality and stability. You are a strong team player and communicator and possess professional English skills.
