Infrastructure & Security Senior/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure &Security Senior/Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity governance, vendor management, and technology projects across multiple sites.

The role will ensure stable and secure IT operations, drive infrastructure initiatives, manage service providers, and support customer and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional IT infrastructure operations and infrastructure service providers.
• Lead infrastructure and security projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, vulnerability management, security assessments, and incident coordination.
• Manage IT vendors, telecom services, contracts, and service-level performance.
• Support customer security requirements, audits, compliance assessments, and certifications.
• Drive infrastructure standardization and best practices across multiple sites.
• Review infrastructure and security architecture, changes, and technical solutions.
• Support executive and business-critical IT requirements.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams on operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing infrastructure services, vendors, and security governance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, servers, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and customer security requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.

• ITIL Foundation
• CISSP
• CCNA
• MCSA (or equivalent Microsoft certification)
