Your tasks
- Cut short clips (6 to 30 seconds) from long videos, web classes, and calls
- Design carousels that look clean, premium, and easy to read
- Write hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
- Post daily on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
- Reply to every comment and DM fast, within the hour during your shift
- Reach out daily to creators and accounts in UK property and Airbnb to build reach
- Track what works each week and do more of it
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- Have a portfolio of short clips AND carousels you designed yourself
- Know CapCut or Premiere, and Canva or Figma, very well
- Can write a hook that makes someone stop. Not a title. A hook.
- Have grown an account before and can show the numbers
- Take ownership. You see a problem, you fix it, then you tell us.
- Can work UK hours
