Business Development Engineer

Your tasks

The Business Development & Cost Analyst role is a combination of seeking business growth opportunities and performing in-depth cost analysis and control.

• Cost and Profit Analysis: Calculate and evaluate the costs of new projects, products, or services to determine business feasibility (Cost-Benefit Analysis).
• Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate on defining pricing structures (Pricing Strategy) to remain competitive in the market while maintaining organizational profitability.
• Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities: Coordinate with Production, Procurement, or Accounting departments to find ways to improve work processes and reduce excess costs.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Study competitor data and industry costs to develop proactive strategic plans.
• Project Proposal Preparation: Write reports and present cost-profit numerical data to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Cost Analysis, or Finance field
3. Able to communicate in English and strong management team ability.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong business acumen.
