Sales Administration Manager

1- JOB DETAILS:

• Integrate, plan, and monitor customer orders until delivery, including exports
• Ensure the customer interface throughout the order lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with deliveries in terms of quantity and lead time
• Plan production to satisfy customer needs by ensuring resource availability
• Represent the Supply Chain function within a project team, if applicable

2- WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• The ADV/Planning Manager reports to the ADV/Planning Manager and ensures liaison between customers, various internal departments, and management. They interact with customers to manage orders and communicate lead times, while collaborating closely with production, quality, the sales department, and other internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction and supply chain fluidity

3- SEARCH PROFILE:

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Supply Chain or a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial logistics
• Knowledge of the MRP II process
• Proficiency in office tools: Office pack, ERP (SAP)
• English (reading, writing, speaking)
