Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d)
We need you! We are looking for you as a Dispatcher (m/f/d) Transport & Logistics in Duisburg for a full-time position, starting at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:
- Planning and dispatching of national & international transports
- Organization and control of transport processes
- Optimization of routes and capacities
- Negotiation of freight rates and selection of carriers
- Ensuring service quality and timely processing
- Support and expansion of customer and partner relationships
- Monitoring, billing, and processing of complaints
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in road freight transport & in dispatching
- Knowledge in transport planning and logistics processes
- Confident handling of TMS systems and freight exchanges
- Experience in working with carriers
- Very good English skills (other languages an advantage)
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
