*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team for seasonal positions; with the opportunity to extend into a full time employee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and welcoming experience. This Motel is single story 99 room property that expands in four quadrants we call : The big island, The little Island, The big C (sea), the Little C (sea). Housekeepers are an instrumental part of the overhaul we have been doing for two years at this location. A combination of working indoors and outdoors (as you travel from room).

*Duties*

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to maintain inventory levels.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards is a plus, particularly in hotel settings.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
