- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agency industry.
- Strong knowledge of entertainment industry especially TikTok Agency
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple project
- Strong networking and relationship-building skill
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Can work under pressure

- Menyusun perencanaan & strategi
- Mengawasi kinerja tim
- Membantu mengatasi masalah antar tim seperti konflik / gangguan teknis
- Briefing tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja
- Berkomunikasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk memastikan informasi tersampaikan dengan baik & benar
- Evaluasi kinerja & perencanaan
