TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our building maintenance services, generating leads, and arranging appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from home.
• Introduce and promote the company’s building maintenance services.
• Generate new leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our services.
• Arrange appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers and enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build good relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication platforms.
• Submit regular call and lead-generation reports to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment at home .
• Experience in building maintenance, cleaning, facilities management, or related services is an advantage.
