Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Adenta, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present life assurance products, and tailor solutions to meet individual financial security needs. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, following up on leads, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing timely policy information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing. The Sales Executive will prepare regular sales reports, participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, and uphold regulatory and company standards in all client interactions. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals effectively. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation abilities and active listening for client needs. Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to build trust, retain clients, and handle inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and an understanding of insurance or life assurance concepts to explain products clearly and accurately. Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements, follow-ups, and reporting requirements. Relevant experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience may be considered. Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including use of digital tools (email, CRM, virtual meeting platforms) for client engagement and reporting.
