The Role As a Stark Inside Sales Guide, you are an integral member of our Inside Sales organization, building relationships with customers and growing the Stark Future community and brand. This role is an opportunity to be part of a high-performance sales team where effort, ambition, and results are directly rewarded. With a competitive base salary and an industry-leading commission structure, success in this role is driven by determination, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound follow-ups from test rides, direct calls, and qualified leads

Guide and convert high-intent leads into confirmed sales

Direct leads to the dealer network or direct sales based on location and customer preferences

Provide expert advice on Stark product features, configurations, and benefits

Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring every lead is handled with professionalism and efficiency

Follow up with potential buyers to nurture interest and close deals

Log every customer interaction in our CRM and use it to manage your pipeline, track leads, and maintain detailed customer profiles

Work closely with the Support and Commercial Aftersales teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions

Maintain a high-performance sales process, maximizing efficiency and conversion rates

Work across multiple time zones, targeting leads at the best possible times

Answer every email within 24 hours and maintain a high customer satisfaction rate

What you will bring to Stark You ride and understand motorcycles, which makes it natural to connect with customers

A proven track record in sales, ideally in motorcycles, automotive or other high-value products

Confidence using CRM tools to track, manage and convert leads efficiently

You thrive in a performance-driven, commission-based environment and excel at persuasion, problem-solving and relationship-building

Openness to feedback, plus the hunger and drive to turn leads into revenue

Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

How success is measured Lead conversion rate: quick follow-ups, effective objection handling and strong closing

Customer satisfaction

Sales pipeline and CRM discipline

Revenue and earnings growth

Response time, follow-up discipline and call activity
