Headquartered in Barcelona and growing fast, Stark is now opening its first manufacturing plant in Mexico, in Apodaca, Monterrey (Nuevo León). The Role Manage financial planning, controlling and reporting for our new Mexico operation, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost control and financial compliance as the plant ramps up. What You'll Do Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports
Monitor cost centres and analyse variances
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Work with production, procurement and management on financial planning
Support decision-making with financial analysis and recommendations
Implement financial controls and continuous improvement
Day to Day Monitor daily expenses and budget usage
Update financial records in the ERP
Prepare management reports and dashboards
Support audits and internal controls
Analyse cost trends and provide actionable insights

What You Will Bring to Stark Strong analytical and financial skills
Knowledge of accounting, controlling and ERP systems
Problem-solving and organisational skills
English and Spanish communication skills
3-5 years in finance, controlling or accounting in manufacturing, automotive or EV
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
Nice to Have CPA or equivalent
Cost controlling experience in high-volume production
