Your tasks

Main responsibilities -Direct the integral operation of the hotel (50% strategic / 50% operational). -Ensure compliance with the budget, profitability, and commercial objectives. -Lead the Executive Committee and develop high-performance teams. -Supervise the Operations, A&B, Rooms, commercial, and Sales areas. -Drive the guest experience and continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for a General Manager with verifiable experience in the management of All Inclusive hotels with more than 600 rooms, focused on leading the business strategy and operation to guarantee profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

-Completed Bachelor's degree. -English. -Minimum 5 years as General Manager in All Inclusive hotels with more than 600 rooms. -Solid financial, commercial, and operational mastery. -Experience leading multidisciplinary and results-oriented teams.
