Project Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in coordination with stakeholders and senior management.
• Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, closely monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining financial control and accountability.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external contractors, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Pro-actively identify issues with high degree of urgency to address it. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to overcome challenges in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular progress reports, project status updates, and documentation to keep all stakeholders informed and maintain project transparency.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, providing exceptional service, and exceeding client expectations in project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices across projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP certificate is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
