If you possess organizational and leadership skills, love customer service, and want to evolve in a dynamic and international environment, come and join our team! 👔 Job Description Coordination and supervision of the team during the shift Organization and distribution of daily staff tasks Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store Providing excellent customer service and managing any complaints Controlling the quality and proper presentation of products Supervising compliance with company procedures and specifications Cash management and transaction control according to prescribed procedures Inventory control and proper management of raw materials and products Implementation and monitoring of hygiene and safety rules Training and guidance of team members Supporting the team during peak periods Collaboration with management to achieve store goals Required Qualifications: 👤 What we are looking for Experience in a supervisory position in catering, retail, or customer service will be appreciated Previous experience in team coordination will be considered an additional asset Good knowledge of English, necessary for the position Very good communication and organizational skills Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team Customer-centric mindset and professional behavior Ability to make decisions and solve problems Consistency, responsibility, and attention to detail Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure Team spirit and willingness to cooperate Willingness to learn and professional development Flexibility to work with a rotating shift system Benefits: 🎁 What we offer Competitive compensation package Indefinite term contract 5-day | 8-hour employment Weekly schedule with a rotating shift system Full training and specialized knowledge Employee training and development programs Work in a dynamic multinational company environment Opportunities for professional growth
