Engineer

• Plan and control the installation, dismantling, and climbing of Tower Cranes, as well as Tie-in work, to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards. • Inspect the condition of Tower Cranes before installation and delivery to customers. • Verify the suitability of Tower Cranes to align with the nature of the work and project requirements. • Verify Load Chart, Capacity, Working Radius, and operational limitations of the Tower Crane. • Inspect and prepare engineering documents related to Tower Cranes. • Inspect the Foundation/Base, Tie-in, and related structures according to the designs and specifications of the manufacturer/responsible engineer. • Inspect the electrical system, control system, braking system, and Safety Device of the Tower Crane. • Analyze problems and identify causes of machinery breakdowns and determine corrective actions. • Inspect maintenance history and the service life of critical components. • Plan spare parts replacement and control maintenance costs. • Coordinate with the Store department to control spare parts and backup equipment. • Maintain data for each machine, such as Serial Number, Model, Capacity, and usage history. • Survey worksites and collect data for Tower Crane installation. • Prepare progress reports, problems, and the status of Tower Cranes in each project. • Prepare and verify Tower Crane documents such as Inspection Report, Maintenance Report, and Installation Report. • Conduct onsite inspections and monitor the performance of the technician team. • Provide technical advice to the technician team and operators. • Coordinate in cases of machinery breakdown or emergencies. • Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and the customer's team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Possession of a professional engineering license (Kow Or) relevant to the nature of work and requirements will be given special consideration. Male, aged 25 years and above. Good English communication skills; Chinese communication skills will be given special consideration. Experience in Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, or machinery work will be given special consideration. Knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical System of Tower Cranes. Ability to read Engineering Drawing and electrical system diagrams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Skills in problem analysis and onsite troubleshooting. Ability to travel for inspections and work at various project sites. Ability to work under pressure and handle immediate problems effectively. Leadership qualities and the ability to control/coordinate the technician team.
