Senior Preschool Educator

You're not just an educator — you're a mentor, a guide and a leader in the classroom. As a Senior Preschool Educator, you'll elevate teaching practices, design innovative learning experiences and mentor your team to deliver the very best for children aged 18 months to 6 years. You'll also help shape the learning environment and strengthen partnerships with families and the wider community.

Responsibilities Lead and guide implementation of the Starbeam™ Framework Develop learning materials and initiatives that enhance the classroom experience Review and support documentation and evaluation of children's learning Mentor educators on classroom management and engagement strategies Ensure adherence to health, safety, nutrition and hygiene standards Lead reflective practices, professional development and innovation in teaching

Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or equivalent ECDA-certified as an L2 teacher IT-savvy and reflective in practice At least 10 years of experience as an L2 Preschool Educator
